The content of this website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the completeness, accuracy or
up-to-dateness of any of the pages.
We as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external
information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability

of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of the author or authors in question.
Privacy policy
Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the Little Giger Page. Therefore, the Little Giger Page processes only a minimum of personal data:
Server-logs
The visit to the website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access. This is technically necessary to ensure the functionallyty of this website. Such
information may be:
- browser types and versions
- operating system used by the accessing system
- the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers)
- the sub-websites
- the date and time of access to the internet site
- an Internet protocol address (IP address)
- the Internet service provider of the accessing system
- any other similar data and information.
The data of the server-log will neither be analysed nor forwarded. A potetial possible relation from the IP-address to personal data (e.g. name, location etc.) will not be performed.
The content of the server-log will automatically be deleted after 10 days.
E-mails
By sending e-mails the corresponding personal data will be send to the Litte Giger Page. This may include the following information:
- sending and reply address incl. server ip-adress
- date and time
- references to previous e-mails
- the e-mail's content including subject
- possible attachments
- any other similar data and information, e.g. transport protocol.
All e-mails will be locally stored. This is necessary to reply to your inquiery. If you indicate in the e-mails content, that you do not want the e-mails to be stored, the e-mail(s) will
be deleted after closing the conversation and the query is clarified. Your e-mails and personal data will not be forwarded to third party.
We would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data
completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.
The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. We reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited
sending of advertising information, e.g. by means of spam mail.
